Cristiana Frixione (born February 20, 1984 in Managua, Nicaragua) is a Nicaraguan beauty queen. Frixione was crowned Miss Nicaragua 2006, which was held in the Rubén Darío National Theater in Managua. She also represented Nicaragua at the Miss Universe 2006 pageant, Frixione was also crowned World Miss University in 2006.

Cristiana was born in Managua, Nicaragua. Frixione's family consists of her mother, father, two older sisters, and a brother who died in 2002, she is the youngest. Frixione is of partial Italian descent, her great-grandfather was from Genova, Italy, along with African and Native American ancestry. She attended La Universidad Americana and graduated in Business Administration with cum laude honors. Frixione, before being crowned, worked as a teacher and taught English to grade school children. She loves sports and loves to play soccer and basketball, and was even given an offer to become a professional boxer. She is a passionate reader and also enjoys reading successful biographies.
Frixione was crowned "Reina del Carnaval" in 2004 at the annual "Alegria por la Vida" Carnaval held in Managua, Nicaragua.[1]
Cristiana Frixione was named Miss Nicaragua 2006 and she also received the Best Hair, Best Face, Best Figure and Best Interview awards. Cristiana was awarded $1,800 along with a car, courtesy of INTUR.[2]
She did not place among the pageant's Top 6 semifinalists. The pageant was held in Guayaquil (Ecuador).
In 2006 she was crowned World Miss University Grand Prix Winner.[3]
In 2007 Frixione competed at the Miss Italia nel Mondo in Italy, a pageant for woman worldwide who are of Italian descent.
